Campaign Name: Missing Pieces
In a world where men are often expected to keep their emotions hidden and remain strong in the face of adversity, many find themselves struggling in silence. The "Missing Pieces" campaign seeks to break the silence surrounding men's mental health by encouraging open dialogue and providing a safe space for men to share their feelings.
Inspired by the familiar design of old missing persons posters, the campaign uses a bold visual metaphor to highlight the often-overlooked parts of men's mental health. Each image features a man with a piece of a jigsaw puzzle covering part of their face, symbolising the missing pieces of their emotional well-being. These pieces represent the parts of themselves that they may feel unable to express, the struggles they hide, and the mental health challenges they face alone.
The photocopied-style images emphasise the raw, unpolished nature of the conversation we need to have, reminding us that mental health isn't something to be glossed over—it’s real, it's raw, and it's important. Just like a missing person, the campaign suggests that when men don't share their mental health struggles, they can feel lost or invisible.
The "Missing Pieces" campaign encourages men to acknowledge that it's okay to not have everything figured out and that reaching out for support is a powerful step toward healing. Every "missing piece" represents a step toward understanding, connection, and a more open conversation about mental health.
By addressing the stigma head-on, we aim to remind men everywhere that they don’t need to hide their feelings. It’s time to find the missing pieces and be whole again.
